The filibuster is inherently undemocratic. It must be removed The people must be allowed to speak through the Senate. Right now the Senate only represents the extreme minority. That’s not fair. We are all equal under the law, we should not let the Senate make us unequal.

Is it a unethical practice, when considering goods essential to human life, to refuse to buy or sell items? If so, all other thing held equal, which act is worse: i.) refusal to buy or ii.) refusal to sell?
